Diane has extensive knowledge in a wide range of legal areas having worked for Richmond Law in a variety of roles since 1986. Diane specialises in subdivisions, boundary adjustments, other legal issues with land development, residential and commercial conveyancing and trusts.

In 1996 Diane completed her NZ Law Society Legal Executive certificate, qualifying as a Registered Legal Executive and she became a Fellow of the NZ Institute of Legal Executives in 2004. She is one of only three local Legal Executives who have obtained a Diploma in Legal Executive studies from Waikato University, which she achieved in 2006. Diane serves on the Nelson Branch of the NZ Institute of Legal Executives.

Diane is also an active member of the Motueka Aero Club as well as St John Youth. Diane also assists with administration for Nelson Land Search and Rescue.
